Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Rooted orders are packed and shipped by hand. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your item ships. During periods of high demand (such as a new release or founders launch window), processing may take slightly longer. We'll always notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship via USPS within the United States only. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express shipping: 2 business days after processing

These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard orders ship for a flat rate of $6.00 via USPS.

Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $15.00.

Orders over $55 ship free (standard shipping).

If you add the Rooted Established Card to your order through our post-purchase offer, shipping on that add-on is free, it ships together with your original order at no additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update scan status.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at shopifyadmin@rootedman.co and we'll help you look into it with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll work with you to make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, Rooted ships to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.
